I really like how you described the different nutrients. I think this was really good and interesting. I liked reading your explanation on Vitamin C and i never knew oranges helped us when getting cold. I will most definitely eat oranges when i’m cold! I learnt something new today because of this work and i hope you did too. Which nutrient is your favorite?
